Cosmetics
have an amazing impact on people more than people think. The color of cosmetics can enhance the mood of a person, uplift one’s self esteem, and add to the glow of ones personality. Cosmetics can run a gamut; from eye-shadow to deodorant sprays.

Now on the other hand, I found this to be interesting that the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic (FD&C) does not require, the ingredients, to undergo approval before they are sold to the public. One the other hand some regulations do apply to cosmetics.
Here is for your research:
What is Safe Cosmetics?
Another safe ingredient that has helped many, many people for years is Aloe Vera. This plant has many positive effect on your skin and often found in many skin care products, cosmetics etc...
While Looking over the internet I found -
www.aloeverachangeslives.com
this is a wonderful full of Aloe Vera Skin Cream information and since, Aloe vera skin cream offers intense healing and moisturizing qualities, there is good reason for its effectiveness, and the news is quite surprising. Take a look, you just might like what you find! (thanks Sarato)
If you are looking for a fantastic "Green", healthy skin care products, then look no further!!
(XanGo signed the Coalition for Safe Cosmetics?) According to John Bailey, PhD. (the director of FDS’s Office of Cosmetics and Color) that “consumers believe that ‘if it’s on the market’, it can’t hurt me” and “this belief is sometimes wrong” Afterall, many of the ingredient listed are ony a small list, I mean...many of them (often harmful) may not meet the requirements to be required to be listed! So, what you using you just might be "dying to be beautiful!"
This is so untrue, one of the only SAFE, ALL NATURAL product for Skincare is
glimpse!
There are more cosmetics that cause allergic reactions in cretins individuals. The first sign, redness and irritation is often a mild reaction. People who are prone to allergies usually, and should pay close attention to the products used on the skin.
Consumers should be aware of the following terms;
Natural
Hypoallergenic
Alcohol Free
Fragrance Free
Noncomodogenic
Shelf Life (Expiration Date)
Cruelty Free
This might seem like common sense but I’m sure we have see, done or know someone who has done that;
Never Drive and Apply Makeup – This increases the chance of an accident, injure your face or eye, that could include blindness.
Never Share Makeup – I know as teens we do this. However the bacteria that can be passed from one person to another is higher than you realize.
Never add liquid to bring back the “original consistency” This again only increased the probability of bacteria.
Stop using any and all product that cause a reaction (no matter how slight)
Throw away any makeup that has changed color.
Do not use Eye makeup if you have any eye infection and throw away the product you used while you discovered the infection.
Keep out of direct sunlight (heat and light can degrade any preservatives)
Keep makeup containers tightly closed
Never use aerosol product (hairsprays, deodorant etc) around or near an open flam or while smoking, they could ignite.
I found this equally interesting of the list of prohibited ingredients that can pose danger, restricted of prohibited by regulation for use in cosmetics:
Bithionol
Mercury compounds
Vinyl choloride
Halogeneated salicylanilides
Zirconium complexes in aerosol cosmetics
Chloroform
Methylene chloride
Chlorofluorocarbon propellants
Hexachlorophene
Methyl methacrylate monomer in nail products
Other important facts (I certainly did not know) that “Consumers should report cosmetic adverse reactions by calling their local FDA office, listed in the blue pages of the telephone book under U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Call the office of Cosmetics and Colors at (202) 205-4706”
